Ignition control module where is it on a 1986 Ford Ranger pickup?
I need to replace it and I can't find where it is under the hood. 1986 Ford Ranger 4x4 4cyclinder.Ignition control module where is it on a 1986 Ford Ranger pickup?

4 cylinder is attached behind the alternator on the upper intake manifold
It will be on the drivers side fire wall.
The TFI module is attached to the side of the distributor.
If it is a TFI (thick film ignition) module your talking about it is mounted right on the base of the distributor. And be careful when you remove it so you don,t pull tear up the stator that the module plugs into. If you do you will have to remove the distributor and replace that also.
check on your distributor its either square or rectangle looking thing.

A good delipatory such as Nair...or one of those will remove the hair. Read the labels and make sure you are getting one gentle for the face.cover girl

Birth Control, even being on it for about 3 months can I still be late on the sugar pills?

How do i control it? Help!?
i have layered hair, and i straighten it. I straighten it in the morning and it stayed straight all day. But recently, just since school has started again, i straighten it in the morning and then about half and hour later, it's all wavy again. i can't stand it. Why is it doing this? Do i need a trim or something? Any shampoo/products i can switch to?

hair stays straighter when it has a bit of oil in it or dirty. not disgustingly dirty and oily but make sure you don't wash your hair everyday and if you wash it every 2,3,4 days watevs just leave it for an extra one or two days then you normally do. i may feel gross but it will straighten better and for longer. use a ghd cuz it works soooooooo good honestly best hair straightener. then apply a thin layer of hairspray cuz if you put too much it will become wet and will unstraighten the hair. make sure your not rushing when your straightening hold the iron on the hair for a while to make sure it will stay that way. if you happen to put too much hairspray on get a tissue and dab/wipe it off your hair then re-straighten that part and lightly spray it. Panteen is a good shampoo/conditioner for straight hair it makes the hair really soft and silky making it easier to straighten and last longer. you should put a hair treatment in your hair once a week if you are straightening everyday. i recommend Redken ';extreme'; hair treatment! hope it works for you. How do i control it? Help!?
use lotsa hairspray and straightening spray.

In my experiences of sleep paralysis, I always feel like something evil is trying to hurt me or strangle me. Sometimes I have OBE's and I'll either hover over my body or sit up out of it. I would like to make these experiences more pleasant and possibly induce having an OBE.How can you control sleep paralysis so you enjoy it? I'll experience it about once a month and theyre scary.
I started having these episodes during college and periods of high stress. Mainly they were very disturbing and left me very exhausted and stressed out and worried for the next few hours after an episode. I got to the point where I was afraid to go to sleep because I didn't want to have an episode. Basically, you have to remind yourself as you're going to sleep that you are supposed to pay attention and if and episode/dream happens, then you should remind yourself that you're asleep and try to guide the experience to a more peaceful place mentally. I think it comes down to simply being aware of what you want to accomplish in your sleep...rest and peace. Then, when your conscious mind wakes up but your body is paralyzed, you ';pick'; your dreams and sortof ';write'; the dream like you'd write a play. then, that gets boring and you fall back into a more peaceful and restful state!
I finally decided that I would be the one to be in charge (control freak in me!) of my sleep and dream life. I found a book called ';Lucid Dreaming'; and it was very helpful. This was 15 or 20 years ago.
I mainly don't have these episodes anymore. But, if I get sleep-deprived or am up and down all night with sick kids, I will usually have an episode. Now, they don't disturb me nearly as much as they used to.

Well, while we were there I was asking the sleep tech some questions about sleep paralysis, what it is, and how to get out of it, because my boyfriend gets it quite frequently and he can't get out of it sometimes. First off, Sleep paralysis is technically your body still in a dream state. Althought that you are semi conscious and able to look around a little bit without being able to move your head, your brain and body are still sleeping. He also told me, an easy way to wake yourself up, if you can is to focus inside on the core of your stomach if you can do that, and for some reason that will make you wake up, so you can come out of that state. He told me that usually while your brain is expelling all of that information while your sleeping, otherwise dreaming, and you are semi-awake you may see shadows, or hear weird noises, and will not be able to move. Your body shuts down in sleep so you don't move around and harm yourself for a reason!

I had unprotected sex last month a few days before my period and again just the other day. I am a bit worried b/c with my last relationship I wasn't on the pill so I don't know how this whole concept works. I read that the pill prevents ovualtion from occurring, but does it really? I have been told that I need to replace the entire control arm from the dealer. Yet, I find the bushings being sold at autoparts stores.

yes you can replace them,but you need a vice or a press to put them in with ,also,the cost sometimes equals out to be about what the whole arm cost,that's why most people just replace the whole thing,its faster,and easier,but if there's no damage to the control arm,and all you need is bushings,then you can just replace them,by the time your done though you may wish you had bought the whole lower arm,good luck on it.Is it possible to replace the lower control arm bushing on a 1997 Ford Taurus?

If the car is 1/4 scale then the distance has to be 1/4 scale as well. To measure out 100 scale feet you'd need 25 real feet. If the car is 1/10 scale you'd only need 10 real feet for 100 scale feet. At this scale a mile would only be 528 feet. So what scale is your car? Then go from there.

You cannot use the regular combined pill while breastfeeding. You CAN use the progestin-only 'mini-pill.' The estrogen in regular pills will dry up your milk.
You will probably not get a period at all for several months while breastfeeding, so no need to worry about 'horrble' periods. Once your cycles do resume, if they are still bad, you might consider the Mirena IUD. Most women get very llight periods on it, or none at all.
(BTW, don't say that you are going to 'try' to breastfeed. Say that you are GOING to breastfeed. Well over 95% of women CAN breastfeed, if they are sufficiently motivated and have good support. So don't expect to 'fail.'
if you're exclusively breastfeeding then your perdio will probably be delayed anyway. mine didn't return until Cohen was 9 month old. But yes, you can be on birth control but it needs to be a kind that doesn't contain estrogen like the mini-pill, IUD or the Depo shot. Estrogen can reduce milk supply.

I was on a pill for a while and my husband and I now call them my monster pills. Finally I switched to a different pill ortho tri cyclen and the change was almost immediate I was back to my old self. I tried the pill and I almost killed my relationship. I'd stay as far away from them as I could. It will take a few weeks to adjust back to her old self. She could discuss this with her OBGYN, but they tend to tell the patients exactly what they are told by the pharmaceutical companies. Which is only that pills are fantastic and that the side effects are few which is UNTRUE. She should try the OTC types of birth control. It only takes a minute to use them and there are way under zero side effects.

You'd be surprised to know that many women begin using birth control pills to regulate their cycles or as a treatment for ovarian cysts, control fibroid tumor growth, etc.
If you're not going to be sexually active, and you have none of the conditions I mentioned above, you don't need it.

When I was a smoker (recently quit...no cigs for 6 months), and would be smoking outside in no way close to anyone, people would go out of their way to make a derogatory comment about my smoking. Often these were people who were quite overweight. They'd comment on my smoking, and I'd say, ';Do you know what the number one killer is in the United States?'; and often they'd respond ';Lung Cancer from smoking.'; I would then say, ';No, it's heart attacks due to being overweight, so you're in more trouble than I am.'; If nothing else, it gave me a chuckle and them some food for thought.
Wish I had a good comeback for you re the food ';police';, but hopefully you'll think of a good one.

Like, ';Why are you proud of me for having a salad?'; Smile but act like you just don't understand. When you offered the woman your beans, I think that was perfect. After all she was clearly interested in your beans, so it was right of you to let her know (and everyone else at the table) that you were willing to let her take them.

I place 2-3 inches of the clippings around everything. Any stray weeds that do pop through are easy to pull and I just lay them on the top of the ,mulch and they become a part of it. The best part of using clippings is that they are free. You do need to be careful if you are collecting clippings fro somewhere else that the grass hasn't had weed killer applied to it in the last couple of weeks. The grass clippings dry to a nice sage color and they add nitrogen to the soil, a win/win if I ever saw one!

When birth control sticks to your throat does is it still effective?

Don't plant it. It is super invasive and once it gets loose, I'm not aware of anyway to get it back 'in bounds', except for sterilizing the garden area.
Because it's a prehistoric plant (so to speak), it grows differently than other plants. Common chemicals may kill back the top, but they quickly re-grow. Never pull the stuff, every root you leave behind starts a new plant, so from 5 misplaced weeds, you jump to 20 by pulling! I don't know of any chemical control that's effective.
If you ';MUST'; have them, buy a large plastic pot, line it with landscape fabric, fill it with soil, and plant the horse tail in that. You can sink the pot into the ground to give it the illusion of being planted. Be sure the top of the pot is above the soil line in the ground, to keep the horse tail from spreading out of the pot. That'll contain it for a while, for how long though? who can say.

I guess it gets the runoff from her roof, cause she doesn't have all that much moisture in her yard. But I'd say you shouldn't plant it unless you have a lot of space around a pond or something.
It is incredibly invasive %26amp; should not be planted, especially near any bodies of water where it will choke out all the beneficial vegetation.

Okay so I know you take them every day but like when you actually start your period you are probably taking the brown ones or different colored ones what would happen if when I was on my period I took the brown ones but didn't take any other ones on any other day of the month would this make my period lighter? Its a bad idea all together. First the birth control is trying to change your hormones so you don't get pregnant; while the plan b pill makes you get your period early. It only takes a month for the birth control to protect you fully. If you want to be more fully protected, wear a condom!!

the bottle line is you take PlanB up to 72 hours after unprotective sex...so if the birth control didn't work, I would ASSUME (since I am not a doctor) that you could also take PlanB right away to prevent a pregnancy...don't think it's a bad idea or one stopping the other from working...but then again I think this is something you really should ask a doctor...

If the master control switch is turned off can it mess up the freon?
the electrican left the master control switch (controlling both units) on the outside of the business building turned off / we didn't have air for 9 days. the thermostat was fine and the breakers inside were on. could his negligence have messed up the freon? How can i open Parental Control and fix it so I can watch something importan ?
Most parental controls have a password of sorts that will allow you to by-pass the controls and allow you to access the restricted content. You should have set up the password at the setup of the parental controls. Without me knowing exactly what program your using, it's hard for me to know.

To be blunt and honest you should still tell a trust adult or your parents. Your using cutting as a way to cope with stress and you may have it under control now but the more you rely on cutting the easier it is for it to get out of control. Most cutting starts off as a small scratch but the longer it goes on the deeper and longer the cuts become. When we get down to it cutting is an addiction which isn't healthy and can cause serious problems (scars, infections, and possibly death if your not careful).

People/parents do mean things or lie to manipulate. They just want the reaction so they can get high feel good from it. The words are not true. You can talk to me or google ';emotional abuse'; and see all the definitions and see its all true. Knowing the truth is the step to freedom from pain. They are the ones who have problems not you.
When you have a bad past it lets other things start. Cutting, OCD, Anxiety, panic attacks, hearing voices can all come from a tramautic past. Its opens doors to the negative and they start to dwell closeby. Hurting people also hurt themselves.
Realizing you were really abused/traumatized is the 1st step in all this. Then later praying and realizing whos stronger will stop the negative forces who are at work.
Dont be tricked by an abusers words. They use all types of tactics even truth mixed with lies. Dont fall for it.
although i am in no shape to give other people advice
(i havent harmed my self in any way but am in a seriousbout of emptiness and depression) i will say this, if something like that has occured even only once and in your case a couple of times go and talk to somebody if you cant talk to your parents go and talk to a trained and compassionate profffesional, if it happens when youre stressed out you can get help for this and i hope you do, i dont mean to sound insesitive because i truly want you to feel better.

You don't need to have horrible events in your childhood like being beaten or molested to feel this way, there are psychological environments that have been shown to be just as hurtful as physical abuse. And adolescent girls often go through all sorts of moodiness as their hormones swing in, your feelings don't necessarily have to do with anything. A therapist can help you work with all out and feel better.

Well it really depends on the type of perscription you have.
Im currently using the Tri-Nessa Birth control pill, and you are protected AFTER the 7 days (of the first ever pack you take). But i suggest that if you are having sex during the first week (just started taking BC) use a back up contraceptive.
