How do you make you own dream or be control of it?

Read up on Lucid Dreaming. There are books and you can find plenty of info on the net. There are many ways to help induce lucid dreams. First, start keeping a dream journal because this will help you remember your dreams better, and this is a key component of lucid dreaming.





And there are plenty of tricks to help you out - some work better than others. First, try waking up a little early...grab a snack or read or do something for a half hour or so, then go back to sleep for another two hours - this helps.





Another trick, and one of the most common, is something called ';state testing.'; Throughout the day, ask yourself out loud, ';Am I dreaming?'; And then you do something like read a street sign, look away, then read it again. Or look at your watch, look away, and read it again. Or do the same thing with someone's face. The idea is that if you do this enough times when you're awake, you'll eventually do it while you're dreaming. And if you read a text, look at your watch, or look at someone's face, and then look away, it often doesn't make sense (the clock times are wildly different, the text changes, the person changes into someone else). If you notice this in your dream, you will realize you're dreaming and start lucid dreaming.

Well all you got to do is think of somthing before you go to bed.And if your in a bad dream then try and make your self wake up or change it.I keep on forgeting to change it.How do you make you own dream or be control of it?
I do not know but if you mean asleep dream , I have always controlled my dreams. Movement ,Who's in it etc...
