When I go into the control panel and try and open Internet Options, nothing happens, it will not open. How can I fix this problem. This feature use to work. Also when I try the TOOLS and try to delete browsing history it will not work either.When I open INTERNET OPTIONS in the control panel it will not open. How do I fix this so it will work?????
If using Windows XP.. use the system restore link and take it back to a time when your computer was working correctly.When I open INTERNET OPTIONS in the control panel it will not open. How do I fix this so it will work?????
try restoring it to a previous state by system restore also you can try to scan disk
Re install opperating system.
you are administrator... administrative rights
check that
check for any virus /spam infection
