my hair keeps getting static and i dont know whyWhy do you get static in your hair and how can you control it?
Beware of home remedies!! a leave in cond usually works. never use a conditioner and blowdryer unless it says on bottle or a stylist does it. If there is oil you can expand your cuticle too much, and if the heat is too hot the product may boil on the hair strand and cause breakage(cracks in the cuticle) Go to a salon and get a professional product.PS always use a protectant when applying heat after dryingWhy do you get static in your hair and how can you control it?
you know the sheets you put in the dryer? like Bounce dryer sheets? rub it on your hair and it removes static instantly, but make sure you wash your hair well afterwards because it does it by coating your hair with a thin layer of wax. It works very well.
I would do a deep conditioner get a good deep conditioner from the salon and wash your hair and put conditioner on and leave on for 20 mins use a shower cap and put the hair dryer on your hair... stay off of using the hair dryer to dry your hair all the time or use and ionic or ceramic hair dryer they are better for u and might cut down on the static.
Spray a bit of hair spray onto your brush before brushing your hair.
If you don't have time for a salon treatment use a leave-in condtioner. A brand called ABBA makes one that you can use on your hair and skin. You can also take your make-up off and shave with it!
