How do I re-prog my Philips VR remote control so it will work a Philips TV again, rather than Sony?

Philip VR1000 video remote control. Been used with a Sony television so the volume, cannel change etc have been programmed to work the Sony. how do I reset so it works a Philips again ?How do I re-prog my Philips VR remote control so it will work a Philips TV again, rather than Sony?
You have to put in the correct code for your TV, you should have them all in the manual. if you do not have it then you are stuck, you could try putting the model of your remote into the search bar on your browser to try and find a manual, or ask at your local TV shop maybe they have one.
