How long does it take to get birth control pills out of my system?

I started taking birth controll pills for the first time ever in Feb. 2007. It is medium dosage birth controll pills called Kariva.My husband and I want to have a baby. I stopped taking it sometime around August 2007. I am still having normal periods. are there methods after he comes that I must do?How long does it take to get birth control pills out of my system?
It varies, but for purposes of a general answer, they usually say about 3 months everything is back to normal. Many women do get pregnant as soon as they stop taking it though. You just have to try and try and when it happens, it happens.How long does it take to get birth control pills out of my system?
I do think a professional - we call them ';DOCTORS'; - is the best person to ask this kind of question, not a bunch of strangers, half of whom (statistically) are MALE... This is about your reproductive system, therefore - about your FUTURE. if you ever want to have a family and a child (or two) - always make sure you look after yourself... which is where doctors play an important part... Unless you live in a remote village where the only medical professional is a voodoo witchman, I say - TO THE DOCTOR!!!
