If the car had cruise control as a option it will be a relatively simply matter to get it installed, if it was not listed as optional equipment then you can just about forget about it. An installation by a good mechanic will work just as well as the factory installation. The problem is cost, this is definitely going to cost more than it would have if the cruise control had been installed at the factory, in terms of cost I would forget this idea and look for a car with cruise control, it will be much cheaper a whole lot less hassle. Is it possible to get cruise control installed on a vehicle that does not have it?
You know with money ,yes you can get your cruise control, and it will work, but there is a lot of work ,and cost involved, depending on what type of car you have.Do not do it,please. If need be find another car or do without.Besides i can not think of a mechanic how would want to do such a job, cause it is too complecated, and things could easly go wrong.
Yes you can and we did this for 25 plus years but have stopped over the past 10 years because of the problems that the aftermarket ones have.........
1. The have issues with holding the set speed and they will surge a lot and that along will drive you crazy..........
