Do you think male teens - young adults with Aspergers Syndrome find it hard to control their sexual urges?

I don't think they find it any harder than other teenage boys to control their sexual urges. What they do find harder is to approach girls in a way that will not freak them out.

They don't always know what is appropriate to say or do and when a girl gives them a subtle hint that she is not interested, they tend to not understand the hint and think they still have a chance if they try again later, so they keep trying and the girl doesn't understand why they won't leave her alone, because she thinks she has already shown she is not interested. Such misunderstandings are very common.

I'm not sure this makes them more likely to commit sexual harassment though. In most cases they are just asking the girl out or asking if she'd like to hang out with them. It can come across as stalking, but I think in most cases there is no sexual harassment involved.Do you think male teens - young adults with Aspergers Syndrome find it hard to control their sexual urges?
maybe, its hard to say because aspergers has such a broad spectrum of aspects it probably varies from each person

i would not be suprised due to the high amounts of obsessive traits aspergers portray in every day life although i think it would be difficult for all teenage boys to control sexual urges

the social boundaries of aspergers probably make it harder for a teenage boy to express there wants or needs in relation to how they get there wants and needs

i would say it is not a matter of controlling sexual urges but a matter of expressed sexual urges

good luck hope i helpedDo you think male teens - young adults with Aspergers Syndrome find it hard to control their sexual urges?
