I know somebody who can move their eyes around seperatly... Just like a Chameleon. It's insanity. I was wondering if everyone was able to do it, but just dont know how? Or if it's very rare?Is it natural to be able to control your eyes individually? As in what a chameleon does?

It would be extremely rare for a person to have such great control over their eye muscles.
