How can i open Parental Control and fix it so I can watch something importan ?

Most parental controls have a password of sorts that will allow you to by-pass the controls and allow you to access the restricted content. You should have set up the password at the setup of the parental controls. Without me knowing exactly what program your using, it's hard for me to know.
