If the master control switch is turned off can it mess up the freon?

the electrican left the master control switch (controlling both units) on the outside of the business building turned off / we didn't have air for 9 days. the thermostat was fine and the breakers inside were on. could his negligence have messed up the freon? Or anything else?If the master control switch is turned off can it mess up the freon?
Sickwill is correct. Turning the power off will have no effect whatsoever. If it's cold outside, the crankcase heater may be an issue, but doubtful. In any case, there's no way that having the power off will ';mess up the freon';, or anything else. Some older digital thermostats can lose thier programming, but that's the only issue I can think of. Besides, what would happen to the system if the power went out for a while......nothing.If the master control switch is turned off can it mess up the freon?
No, they will be fine.
Some larger a/c units [chillers], have heaters that keep refridgerant from forming into liquid inside the compressors. If they are off you must wait several hours after the heaters are turned back on so compressors or not damaged by trying to pump liquid instead of gas.
