No, its called bulimia and its really not good, even if you think you can control it at some point it will get out of control, it is possible to die from doing this, please speak to your doctor, they will be able to help you loose weight safelyIs it okay to throw up your meals, if you've aten to many calories. First of all, just because you throw up every once in a while it doesn't make you bulimic. However, it isn't very good for you and can become a terrible addiction for most people. It does get out of control for a lot of people, so I don't recommend doing it.
Trying everything doesn't help you. Doing it and maintaining it, is what will help you lose weight. If you feel like you're eating too many calories..try cutting back. Drink a glass or two of water before you eat a meal. If you like salad, eat a small salad before you dig into a big meal. Once you get your main meal split it into two. Eat half of the meal and wait about 30-45 minutes. If you still feel hungry eat a portion of the leftover meal, but more likely you will realize that you aren't that hungry.
To the question:
No, throwing up = bad, and that can't be your last resort, that is a very idiotic thought to have. Chances are you won't be able to stick with it anyway because you probably aren't experiencing environmental depression.

By the way, to prove from my experience you may not be able to stick with it is that I have been struggling with my weight since last summer and have more than once thought ';I am going to go throw it up'; and in any of those times I never have gone through with it, the closest I ever got to it had nothing to do with ';I want to be thinner';, the thought didn't even cross my mind because I was horribly upset about an argument with a friend.
therefore, eating disorders don't have to do with wether you want to be thinner, that only comes in with, ';I want to be thinner because if I do I will be happier.';
(With that, you can be skinny but you are unhappy and then believe it is because you are ';fat';, as a result you want to thinner because you believe it will make you happier.)
No thats not good. Bullimia is a serious illness and it destroys your body. Your teeth, Your stomach, everything. Eat a little less and go the gym, Thats what i am doing and ive lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. You will get more satisfaction that way too rather than feeling ill all the time by being sick. Take Care of yourself. x
No, it it really unhealty and can rot your teeth. You can't control the amount of sick you bring up, it could be everything for all you know and then you'll feel thinner and want to do it again. No, its dangerous and get the thought out of your head!!!!!
No, it's never ok. And if you do that you are going down the road of an eating disorder, from which you'll really struggle to recover.
no :| just get a treadmill or something, try and run to loose weight, but dont go that extreme
