If you only take birth control on your period does it work?

Okay so I know you take them every day but like when you actually start your period you are probably taking the brown ones or different colored ones what would happen if when I was on my period I took the brown ones but didn't take any other ones on any other day of the month would this make my period lighter? I this bad?

The brown ones are placebo..sugar. Sometimes they have iron in them, like Loestrin FE. But they do NOT have any hormones in them.





you could get away with doing the opposite though. Taking all but the brown ones, and not taking a pill on your period. that's fine.





But if you skip the white/green/yellow or any pill while you're not on your period you can get pregnant.If you only take birth control on your period does it work?
Just take them when you're supposed to which is everyday. The brown ones are basically sugar pills, not the actual birth control. If you do this and have sex you are most definitely going to get pregnant.
no the different colored ones (mine are pink) don't have any hormones in them, they're just ';reminder'; pills so you don't lose track. you have to take the full pack for around 2 months before your period is regulated.
no it would not. the different color ones are just sugar pills, they make you take them to make sure you get in the Habit of taking a pill everyday.
Um no. The 7 dif pills that come with the 21 regular pills are jusr sugar pills, for people who can't keep track of what days to not take pills. It won't do anything.
It probably wouldnt do anything. Take them everyday.
