How do i control it? Help!?

i have layered hair, and i straighten it. I straighten it in the morning and it stayed straight all day. But recently, just since school has started again, i straighten it in the morning and then about half and hour later, it's all wavy again. i can't stand it. Why is it doing this? Do i need a trim or something? Any shampoo/products i can switch to?

hair stays straighter when it has a bit of oil in it or dirty. not disgustingly dirty and oily but make sure you don't wash your hair everyday and if you wash it every 2,3,4 days watevs just leave it for an extra one or two days then you normally do. i may feel gross but it will straighten better and for longer. use a ghd cuz it works soooooooo good honestly best hair straightener. then apply a thin layer of hairspray cuz if you put too much it will become wet and will unstraighten the hair. make sure your not rushing when your straightening hold the iron on the hair for a while to make sure it will stay that way. if you happen to put too much hairspray on get a tissue and dab/wipe it off your hair then re-straighten that part and lightly spray it. Panteen is a good shampoo/conditioner for straight hair it makes the hair really soft and silky making it easier to straighten and last longer. you should put a hair treatment in your hair once a week if you are straightening everyday. i recommend Redken ';extreme'; hair treatment! hope it works for you. How do i control it? Help!?
use lotsa hairspray and straightening spray.
A CHI flat iron works great for me and don't forget to use thermal spray before
